Alyson Wise

Alyson Wise is an accomplished professional in the fields of philanthropy and nonprofit management, currently serving as Principal and Family & Philanthropy Advisor at Bessemer Trust since April 2019. In this role, Alyson consults with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families to develop philanthropic strategies and governance frameworks. Prior to this, Alyson held various positions, including Associate Director at The Rockefeller Foundation, where support was provided for defining inclusive economies impact goals, and Director of The Workplace Initiative at Poses Family Foundation, focusing on job access for people with disabilities. Additional experience includes consulting for Surdna Foundation and Foundation Rwanda, along with academic contributions at NYU's Wagner School of Public Service. Alyson holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
