Andrea Alvino

Andrea Alvino has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Inclusion at Bessemer Trust since February 2013. Previously, Andrea held various senior HR roles at Bessemer Trust, including Principal and Senior Human Resources Advisor, Senior Vice President, and Vice President. Prior to that, Andrea was the US Human Resources Manager at thebigword from June 2008 to February 2013 and worked as a Recruiter at Xtreme Technologies from September 2007 to June 2008. Andrea earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Toledo.
