Neha Varma

Neha Varma currently serves as the Global Head of Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at GSK since August 2022, responsible for shaping and driving the enterprise talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent while fostering an inclusive culture. Previously, Neha held the role of Global Head of Leadership and Learning at GSK, focusing on leadership development and organizational culture. Neha's extensive experience at HSBC includes serving as VP of Leadership and Culture and AVP of Talent, Learning, and Organisational Development, where efforts concentrated on enhancing organizational health and performance culture. Prior to HSBC, Neha worked at Gartner as a Senior Manager and Manager in HR practice, delivering strategic HR research and advisory services to Fortune 500 clients. Neha holds a Masters in International Business from the Delhi School of Economics and a B Com (Hons) from Jesus and Mary College.
