Arthur Cohen

Arthur Cohen currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Tax at Bessemer Trust since July 2018. Previously, Arthur held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley's Tax Department from April 2004 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading the Domestic Tax Group and overseeing federal and state income tax provision and compliance. Prior roles include Manager in the Financial Services Tax Practice at Deloitte (2001-2004), Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen (1999-2001), and Tax Accountant at Cantor Fitzgerald (1997-1998). Arthur holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
