Amy Weyler

Amy Weyler currently serves as the VP of Global Talent at Bessemer Venture Partners, a position held since October 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing internal talent functions and partnering with portfolio companies to meet their recruitment needs. Prior to this, Amy was a Partner in Executive Recruiting at Laurel Group and an Executive Recruiter at Stripe, where significant contributions were made to developing leadership teams and conducting high-level searches. Experience also includes recruiting roles at Amazon focused on scaling AWS, increasing revenue and client satisfaction at MosierMcCann Consulting as VP of Client Services, owning and directing MP Wellness, and founding the GTM Division at The Diestel Group. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
