Nithin Kaimal

Nithin Kaimal is the chief operating officer for the Bangalore office. He oversees Bessemer’s India fund and provides portfolio companies with services, resources, and strategic counsel.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Nithin was the co-founder and director of VixCap, an investment management firm, and he was a senior director at IndiaRF, where he worked on investment strategy across deals in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and steel. Nithin started his career at McKinsey & Company where he covered strategic advice, operational improvement, organization building, and post-merger integration.

Nithin earned his B.C. in financial management and accountancy from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
