Jim Harper

Jim Harper has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Partner at Best Best & Krieger LLP since September 2010. Prior to this role, Jim was a Shareholder at McPeters McAlearney Shimoff & Hatt from 1995 to October 2010 and held the position of Senior Associate at Best Best & Krieger LLP from 1991 to 1995. Early in Jim's career, Jim worked as an Associate at Luce Forward from 1986 to 1990. Jim holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, earned between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, obtained from 1976 to 1983.
