Seth Merewitz

Seth Merewitz is a Partner at Best Best & Krieger LLP since September 2010, specializing in advisory and transactional services for developers, landowners, public agencies, and private entities, with a focus on real estate development, municipal and redevelopment projects, military base reuse, and public-private partnerships. Prior to this role, Seth served as a Shareholder at McDonough Holland & Allen PC from November 1997 to August 2010, concentrating on land use, master-planned community development, flood control, infrastructure finance, and redevelopment, and was appointed City Attorney for the City of Marysville from 2001 to 2009. Seth holds a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on land use, CEQA, and local government law from the University of California at Davis, where a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science was also obtained. Seth is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum in the Mountain Valley Region.
