Emma Zagar

Emma Zagar currently serves as the Director of International Development at Best Buddies International, focusing on strategic global expansion and the development of international partnerships to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Director of Strategy Enablement and Membership Partner at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and worked as Operations Manager at Compass, a modern real estate platform. Emma's earlier experience at Best Buddies International includes roles as Regional Director of National Expansion, Jobs Program Supervisor, and Employment Consultant. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Dance from Hope College, earned in 2014.
