Linda Nichols

Linda Nichols currently serves as a Senior Customer Care Advisor at Best Buy Health since October 2022. Previously, Linda held various customer service roles at Accenture and ibex in 2022, and significant experience as a Team Lead and Senior Customer Service Representative at i2c Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Linda's background also encompasses customer service positions at Alorica and Judson ISD, as well as patient care assistance at Interim HealthCare Inc. Linda holds a certificate in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from San Antonio College and is currently pursuing further education at St. Philip's College.
