Desiree Weldon, MM, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Best Buy, leading a team of five Principal Recruiters and providing strategic guidance for collaboration in candidate scheduling and onboarding. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where Desiree led a Global Talent Acquisition Employee Engagement Team, analyzing employee survey data and presenting insights to leadership. Prior to that, Desiree worked as a Regional Recruiter at Multiband Corporation, implementing recruitment strategies and training employees, and as a Higher Education Recruiter at the University of Phoenix, promoting educational opportunities and achieving high course completion rates.
