Olivia Jefferson

Olivia Jefferson serves as the Vice President of Philanthropic Programs at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities include leading a ten-year, $100 million commitment to enhance workforce diversity and promote health equity. With extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, Olivia holds various board positions, including Chair of the CSR Board and a member of The Opus Group®. Previously, Olivia contributed as Vice President of Social Responsibility at UnitedHealthcare and directed equity and holistic grantmaking at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Sociology-Health Studies from Michigan State University.
