Stephanie Tulgren

Stephanie Tulgren serves as the Senior Director of Technology & Services Strategic Sourcing at Best Buy since August 2021, having previously held the position of Director of Information Technology Sourcing at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Board Member for the Dakota County Historical Society from January 2021 to January 2023 and over a decade at U.S. Bank, where Stephanie ascended from Strategic Vendor Manager to Senior Vice President, overseeing vendor management in the technology division and managing significant negotiation strategies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Communication Arts (Film) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
