Heather Holding

Heather Holding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Heather is currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Chief Privacy Officer at Best Egg since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at USAA as the Director of Retail Bank Business Risk and Controls from June 2020 to July 2021. Before joining USAA, Heather worked at The Bancorp as the Director and Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager from April 2019 to June 2020. Heather also held various roles at J.P. Morgan, including Vice President of Governance and Oversight Compliance Manager from April 2017 to April 2019 and Vice President of Compliance Technology and Vendor Project Manager from June 2015 to March 2017. Lastly, they worked at Bank of America in different positions such as Compliance Testing Manager from September 2014 to May 2015, Control Manager from August 2012 to September 2014, Operations Consultant from March 2010 to August 2012, and Operations from May 2002 to March 2010.
