Mike Urban

Mike Urban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and positions. Mike began their career at Juniper Bank, where they worked as a Process Support/Automation Analyst before transitioning to project management roles, including Project Manager and Implementation Team Manager. At Barclaycard, Mike held various positions, including Director of Marketing Operations Development and Core Applications Delivery Vice President. Mike also worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Energy Plus Company before joining Best Egg as the Managing Director of Platform Delivery/Support & Chief of Staff. In their current role at Best Egg, Mike serves as the Chief Technology Operations Officer, overseeing all aspects of Technology Operations and providing PMO support for large-scale cross-functional business initiatives. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated skills in team management, organizational transformation, and driving productivity improvements.
