Amy Starnes

Amy Starnes serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Best Friends Animal Society, where responsibility includes driving innovation and transformation in the organization's technology programs since January 2013. Prior experience includes several leadership roles at MSPCA-Angell, such as Sr. Director of Digital Engagement and Director of Digital Fundraising, where Starnes led digital strategy for the organization. Prior to that, the role of Senior Account Manager at Agency Oasis involved managing complex web development projects, and earlier experience at Mass General Brigham encompassed network engineering and security architecture. Starnes holds an Executive Education degree in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Communications and American Studies from UMass Boston.
