Julie Castle

Julie Castle has extensive experience in the animal welfare sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Best Friends Animal Society since February 2007, following roles as Chief Development, Marketing, and Communications Officer, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, and Director of Community Programs and Services. Prior to this, Julie held the position of Executive Director and Program Director at No More Homeless Pets in Utah from July 1999 to October 2006. Julie began a career at Best Friends Animal Society in July 1998 as a Program Coordinator in Salt Lake City. Julie earned a degree from Southern Utah University between 1987 and 1992.
