Valerie Mouw

Valerie Mouw is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist specializing in Leaves at Best Friends Animal Society since November 2020, Valerie previously worked as a Human Resource Analyst for the City of Corvallis from September 2018 to September 2019. With a long tenure at Oregon State University from October 2007 to September 2018, Valerie held positions as a Human Resource Consultant and administrative assistant. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Business Manager at Rancho Coastal Humane Society from January 2002 to December 2006. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Oregon, earned between 1993 and 1997.
