Cesar Castro de la Mora

Cesar Castro de la Mora has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cesar currently works as a consejero institucionalización empresas familiares since January 2021. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Director at Best Ground International from January 2017. Prior to that, Cesar was employed at Nestlé, where they held multiple roles including Country General Manager, Wholesalers Channel Sub Director, Convenience, Pharmacy & Clubs Team Leader, Business Manager Bebidas Liquidas, Shopper Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Walmart Business Team Leader. During their time at Nestlé, Cesar achieved notable accomplishments such as increasing Nestlé's market share within Walmart, implementing innovative business strategies, and strengthening the commercial relationship with Walmart's top management. Cesar worked at Nestlé from October 2004 to September 2017.

Cesar Castro de la Mora has a Diploma of Education in Liderazgo empresarial from ADIZES INSTITUTE in 2021. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma of Education in institucionalización de empresas familiares from both INSTITUTO MEXICANO DE MEJORES PRACTICAS CORPORATIVAS and IPADE Business School. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended Universidad de Guadalajara where they received a Licenciatura in Negocios and a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
