Previously, Rodney held the position of R&D Associate at Best Chairs Inc from 2003 to 2008, focusing on the design and training of new products. Early career experience includes working as a machinist operator at Aristkraft (now Master Brands) from February 1987 to July 1989, where responsibilities included operating floating machines.
