Jessica Trimble

Jessica Trimble is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and care management. Currently serving as the Manager of Care Services and Development at Best of Care Inc. since February 2020, Jessica focuses on care plan creation and functional assessments for home health clients, alongside supervising home health aides. Additionally, as a Care Manager at TUCKed In Eldercare, Jessica performs comprehensive care management, including assessments and medication management, while providing support to clients and their families. Jessica has held nursing positions at Nantucket Cottage Hospital and North Shore-LIJ Health System, and gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University School of Nursing. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Critical Care Nursing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Education/Acting from Emerson College.
