Steven Friedman

Steven Friedman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Steven served as the President at SEZ Business Consulting and Brokerage, where they provided financial and accounting services and advised medium-sized businesses. Steven worked with business owners and investors to identify opportunities and facilitate transitions.

From 2010, Steven held the position of The Executive Director of The Finance Board at Best Practice Institute.

In 2019, they joined Rosedown Racing as CFO, a horse racing and breeding stable with expertise in commercial real estate development and investment. Steven was responsible for managing the stable and overseeing the breeding operations.

Prior to this, from 2015 to 2018, Steven worked at Reichel Realty and Investment Inc as the SVP Business Advisory & Brokerage. Steven revolutionized the roles of business broker and adviser, providing innovative services to increase business value and facilitate smooth transitions.

From 2017 to 2018, they served as Vice President Business at Global Cosmetic Imports, a distributor of Jeanne En Provence products.

In 2015, Steven was a Business Broker at Michael Falk & Company LLC, where they helped small and medium-sized companies develop exit strategies to maximize value for buyers and sellers.

From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Consultant at Veterans Alliance Resourcing, Inc., providing outsourced sales, technology services, and software solutions to the high-tech industry.

In 2012, Steven founded Panda Digital Media, serving as the CFO and Founder, specializing in custom design websites for professionals and businesses.

Before that, from 2009 to 2012, they were a Partner at B2B CFO®, and prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they were the Managing Member at EZS Enterprises, LLC.

Steven Friedman received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin between 1979 and 1983. Steven later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1986 to 1988.
