April Cozine

April Cozine currently serves as a Senior CRM & Enrollment Operations Consultant at Best Practice Solutions, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, April held the position of Director of Enrollment Management Operations at Marymount University, overseeing operations, systems, and data management for undergraduate and graduate admissions. April also worked at Wichita State University for over 14 years, first as Director & Analyst in Enrollment & Business Technology and subsequently as Director of Operations & Systems of Undergraduate Admissions. Additionally, April co-founded the Apply Kansas initiative to enhance college application access for low-income and first-generation students. Previous experience includes roles at Missouri Western State University and Wells Fargo. April holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri Western State University.
