As the Founder and Principal of Best Practice Solutions since May 2021, Jeanne leverages extensive expertise in system implementation, compliance, and process evaluation to assist institutions in achieving performance goals. Previous roles include serving as President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Third Coast Higher Education, and Vice Provost for Financial Aid at Roosevelt University, where Jeanne provided strategic leadership in financial aid program administration. Jeanne's background also encompasses significant positions at Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University, as well as consultancy roles that focused on optimizing financial aid operations and technology use.
