Robin Capra

Robin Capra, CGMP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management. From July 2020 to March 2024, Robin served as Human Resources Manager and Payroll Administrator for Best Western Plus Hood River Inn and related entities, overseeing all HR and payroll functions, as well as benefits administration. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Manager and Conference Manager at Best Western PLUS Hood River Inn from July 2014 to July 2020, where Robin coordinated meetings and arrangements for corporate clients. At Destination Hotels and Resorts, specifically Skamania Lodge, Robin held positions such as National Sales Manager and Conference Sales Manager from February 1993 to July 2014. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles at Village Resorts, covering various aspects of hotel operations from October 1984 to May 1992. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago and a Human Resources Generalist certification from Portland State University.
