Braxton Perkins

Braxton Perkins, CHA, CHT, ACI, is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as a Brand Project Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since January 2002, Braxton oversees the development of new hotel properties and manages various projects within the organization. Previously, Braxton was a Hospitality Management Trainer, contributing to the creation of training materials for over 2,200 hotels and conducting regional training sessions across North America. As a Regional Service Manager, responsibilities included hotel operations consulting and quality assurance assessments. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Charlestowne Hotels, where efforts to drive REVPAR and enhance service led to notable successes. Braxton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Florida State University.
