Dwayne Riccio, CHA, CHIA, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Brand Development Project Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since February 2008, Dwayne focuses on integrating new projects into the Best Western Family. Previously, Dwayne worked as a Regional Service Manager, engaging in various aspects such as consulting, quality assurance, and training. Dwayne's career also includes a significant tenure at Charter One Hotels & Resorts from 1983 to 2005 in hospitality management operations and sales in Florida. Dwayne's educational background includes certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and the Ed Klopfer School of Real Estate.
