Jonathan Burns Cha

Jonathan Burns CHA has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as General Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since February 2007. Prior to this role, Jonathan held General Manager positions at two Holiday Inn Express locations between 2005 and 2009. Jonathan began a career in hospitality at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, progressing from Guest Service Representative to Guest Services Supervisor from 2000 to 2003, before moving to Charlestowne Hotels for a Guest Services role until 2005. Jonathan holds a degree from Liberty University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
