Laurie Montgomery

Laurie Montgomery has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr Director of Human Resources at Best Western Hotels & Resorts since August 2012. In this role, Laurie partners strategically with client groups to ensure effective HR services, including talent management and employee relations. Previously, Laurie held various positions at Best Western, including Director and Sr Manager of Human Resources, focusing on performance management and training. Prior to this, Laurie gained experience as Manager of Product Marketing at Pegasus Solutions and held operational management roles at Oakwood Worldwide and Best Western, showcasing a robust background in leadership and HR strategies. Laurie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Western International University.
