Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Lennar, Kristina previously held key roles at Royal Caribbean Group, including Human Resources Director and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner. Additionally, experience as an HR Business Partner for the Southeast Region at Chipotle Mexican Grill and various managerial positions at Target further highlight Kristina's expertise in the field.
