Michelle Boyer, CHIA, CRME is a seasoned Revenue Management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Revenue Manager and Onboarding Trainer at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since April 2012. Michelle excels in instructing and coaching properties on revenue strategies and best practices to enhance their online presence and achieve revenue goals. Previously, Michelle held roles as Area Director of Revenue Management for Crowne Plaza and Tundra Lodge Resort, and has a background in operations with Calamos Investments and various revenue management positions at Marriott International. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Business from Waubonsee Community College.
