Natalie Zima

Natalie Zima holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College and a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Natalie has served as the Owner and General Manager of Rose Chapel at BEST WESTERN PLUS Stoneridge Inn since February 2010 and has been involved with BEST WESTERN PLUS Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre in a similar capacity since September 1996. Additionally, Natalie holds the position of Governor for District 3-37 with Best Western International since 2004 and has been the Owner/General Manager and Groups Coordinator at Pasto's Grill since August 1998. Natalie’s leadership experience also includes serving as President of the Best Western Global Marketing Group from 2004 to 2014.
