Troy Tracy

Troy Tracy is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over 15 years in the information technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Best Western Hotels & Resorts since June 2008, Troy manages teams specializing in telecommunications and cloud applications, overseeing Network Engineering, Contact Center Voice Engineering, and various SaaS and internal application support teams. Previously, in the role of Information Technology Manager, Troy led the call center software and voice engineering team supporting global operations. Troy began their career at Omaha Steaks as a Telecommunications Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
