Stefan Hilgenstock

Stefan Hilgenstock has extensive work experience in quality management and technical coordination. Stefan began their career at LRQA GmbH in 1997, where they worked as a Technical Coordinator for three years. In 2000, they joined ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Präzisionsband GmbH as Deputy Head of Quality and Testing. After five years, they transitioned to ThyssenKrupp Präzisionsschmiede GmbH as Head of Quality Management. In 2005, they joined BESTAR Stahlhandelsges. Remscheid mbH, initially as CTO/Head of Quality Management and currently serves as the CTO. Throughout their career, Stefan has demonstrated their expertise in quality management and technical coordination.

Stefan Hilgenstock has a diverse education history. In 1984-1987, they attended Ruhrtaler Gesenkschmiede GmbH & Co. KG, where they obtained a degree in Werkzeugmacher. Stefan then pursued further education at LVQ Lehr- und Versuchsgesellschaft für Qualität mbH from 1996 to 1997, earning a degree as a DGQ-Qualitätsmanager. During this time, they focused on Weiterbildung zum Management-Beauftragten für Qualität und Umwelt. Stefan also holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Werkstofftechnik from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, though the specific years of their enrollment are unknown. Additionally, they obtained certification as an Auditor/Lead Auditor from LRQA GmbH.
