Melina Moran

Melina Moran is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in addiction medicine and harm reduction strategies, currently serving as an Addiction Medicine provider at BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. since July 2022. In addition to this role, Melina holds the position of Commissioner and Chair for the Oregon Commission of Hispanic Affairs, where efforts focus on empowering Latino communities through policy advisory. Previous experience includes serving as a Medical Consultant for the COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence Advisory Committee at the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium and working as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Summit Health.
