Allyson Stepanek

Allyson Stepanek, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Nebraska Methodist Health System, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Allyson was engaged at Children's Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha from April 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Clinical Quality and Regulatory Specialist and Quality and Patient Safety Systems Administrator, focusing on quality improvement and data management. Earlier experience includes roles at CHI Health, including Performance Improvement Assistant and Medical Scribe, contributing skills in quality improvement and healthcare operations. Allyson holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University, obtained between 2020 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services from the same institution, completed in 2016.
