CJ Jensen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Culture and Inclusion Manager at Nebraska Methodist Health System since November 2022. Additionally, CJ is the President and Owner of CJensen Group, which has been operational since January 2015, focusing on developing stronger teams through the Emergenetics Profile and Selection Program. Previously, CJ held various roles at Spreetail as a Sr. Talent Development Partner and at Union Pacific Railroad for over 16 years, contributing significantly in training delivery and employee relations. CJ's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Career Services at Nebraska College of Business and working as a recruiter at AurStaff Professional.
