Marie-Noel Salem

Marie-Noel Salem is an experienced educator and instructional designer, currently serving as the Administrator & Sales Reporting Manager at Bestinbrands since February 2023. As a freelance instructional designer since May 2019, Marie-Noel has developed eLearning courses using the ADDIE model and tools like Articulate Storyline 360, while also conducting needs assessments and analyzing participant outcomes. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at American University of Beirut, a Community Enabler for Lebanese Alternative Learning, and a Science Teacher at SAGESSE HIGH SCHOOL. Marie-Noel holds a Master of Education in Science Education from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, and French from Cleveland State University. Additional experiences include tutoring, health coaching, and leadership positions in nonprofit organizations focused on medical missions.
