Eric Stevenson has a long and varied work experience. Eric began their career in 1991 as a Manager at Ameritech Corporation Inc. Eric then moved to Ameritech Consumer Services in 1997 and worked as a Manager, responsible for human resource activities in a union based call center. In 1998, they became the Manager at the National Marine Manufacturers Association, where they managed Human Resource related areas for United States and Canadian operations. In 1999, they took on the role of business Manager at Webley Systems, Inc., a unified messaging company. In 2006, they became the Director of Customer Support Operations at Merchants Information Solutions, Inc., a company that specializes in services related to Identity Theft Protection. In 2008, they started their own business, Ring Ring Consulting, LLC, a full-service call center consulting company. In 2010, they were hired as the Director of Customer Care at Experian Partner Solutions, a leading provider of global, enterprise level identity protection and fraud detection solutions. Finally, in 2017, they joined BestLine Solutions as the Vice President of Customer Experience and as a Customer Experience/Contact Center Solutions/Business Operations Consulting.

Eric Stevenson attended Fontbonne University from 1995 to 2000. Eric then attended College of Call Center Excellence at Purdue University until 2007. In 1986 to 1990, they attended Central Missouri State University, majoring in Public Relations. Eric also obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne College-St. Eric Stevenson has also attended State of Arizona and University of Central Missouri, but no further information is provided.
