Benjamin Sperry

Benjamin Sperry has a diverse range of work experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. Benjamin started their career as a Legislative Assistant for the New York State Assembly in 2009. Benjamin then worked as a Compliance Analyst at Farm Family Insurance Companies from 2013 to 2016. Following that, Benjamin joined American National as a Manager in the Compliance Department from 2016 to 2019. Benjamin then served as the Lead Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Equitable from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Benjamin holds the role of Director of Compliance at Bestow, which they have been in since 2022. Benjamin recently transitioned into their new role as Senior Director, overseeing Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, and SIU.

Benjamin Sperry has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY. Benjamin also holds various certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP®) from Compliance Certification Board (CCB), SCCE & HCCA, Advanced Manager Degree from Ascend Learning, ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute) from LOMA, and AIRC (Associate in Regulatory Compliance) also from LOMA.
