Lena Chukhno

Lena Chukhno's work experience includes a role as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GM of the Enterprise SaaS Business at Bestow since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Earnest as the General Manager and Head of Strategy & Corp Dev, where they were responsible for managing the largest product, Student Loan Refinance, and led the development of the Earnest Credit Card. Lena also served as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they led the development of the Everyday 401(k) retirement platform. Before that, they worked as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company. Lena started their career as a Consultant at PwC and EBS.

Lena Chukhno completed their Masters of Finance in Financial Management in Business at the Kyiv National Economics University between 2004 and 2009. In 2012 and 2013, they attended INSEAD and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
