Pradnya Bagad

Pradnya Bagad is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving at Bestow Life Insurance since November 2021, Pradnya previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Kantar from November 2019 to November 2021, where leadership of a global agile development team was a key responsibility. Prior to that, from August 2008 to November 2019, Pradnya worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Fidelis Information Systems, contributing to the design and development of ProcessorLink.com, a leading SaaS application for large food manufacturers. Pradnya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
