Gene Davison

Gene Davison is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in data conversion and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bestpass since June 2022, Gene previously worked as a Data Conversion Engineer at Solera | Auto/Mate Dealership Systems from November 2017 to May 2022. Prior roles include Technical Director, Principal Consultant, and Infrastructure Support Consultant at LTI (Logic Technology Inc.) from March 2008 to October 2017, and a Java Software Developer at Power of Design Engineering in early 2008. Gene's career began at Price Chopper Supermarkets, where responsibilities included both Grocery Clerk and Programmer/Analyst from June 2001 to February 2008. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences and Philosophy from Union College, earned between 2004 and 2007.
