Aalok Kumar B

Aalok Kumar B has a diverse range of work experience in the field of sales, business development, and IT. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Software Developer at Virtualsoft It Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for coding, designing, testing, and implementation. In 2008, they became a Software Specialist at eClinicalWorks, working on projects related to electronic medical records and practice management. From 2011 to 2012, Aalok worked as a Senior Business cum System Analyst at Lakshya IT Solutions, focusing on bidding, internet marketing, and client interaction.

In 2012, they joined Laxyo Solution Soft Pvt Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst, handling technical requirements, project estimation, and product analysis. AALOK then moved on to become the IT Deputy Head Sales & Business at the company in 2014. Aalok worked at Laxyo Energy Ltd from 2015 to 2019, where they served as the Deputy Head of IT & Business at the Software Division. AALOK started as a Senior Business Development Executive cum Analyst, and later became a Team Lead for Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at the company, where they oversee the sales strategy, plans and implements sales strategies to acquire customers, and manages the sales team personnel.

Aalok Kumar B has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, specializing in Computer Programming and Specific Applications. AALOK obtained their MCA degree from 2003 to 2006.

AALOK also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, with a specialization in Marketing and IT. AALOK completed their MBA from 2009 to 2011.

For their undergraduate studies, Aalok Kumar B earned a Bachelor's degree from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. AALOK pursued a BSc in Computer Science, Math's, and Physics in 2002.
