Joshua joined the BestRx technical support team in 2015 and immediately took an interest in what makes BestRx work. This led to him taking the initiative on many projects, such as improving our metrics, restructuring our support team, and founding our onboarding department. Now, as Director of Customer Support, Joshua guides our customer-facing staff and continues to build a department that can keep up with a fast-growing company while maintaining the excellent customer service and personal touch that BestRx is known for.
In addition to his experience in customer service, management, IT support, and computer repair, Joshua has a background in education and music, having received his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
