Jaime Fajardo Santana

Jaime Fajardo Santana is currently the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at BestSecret Group. Prior to this, Jaime co-founded Talent Vitae, a career counseling platform, and worked as an HR & Talent Acquisition at HR Path. Jaime also has experience as a SAP Human Resources Consultant at NGA Human Resources and as an administrative assistant at Grupo Ausol. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Economics from the Universidad de Granada, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Process Management and Technologies at the Universidad de Granada.
