Marian S.

Marian S. has extensive work experience in the field of information security. They started their career as a Working Student at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in 2011, where they worked as an Anwendungsentwickler. In 2017, Marian joined Avira, initially as an IT Security Analyst and later moved on to become a Team Lead in Information Security. They eventually became an Information Security Officer at Avira before leaving in 2021. Currently, Marian holds the position of Vice President of IT Security at BestSecret GmbH, starting in January 2022.

Marian S. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in IT-Security from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, studying from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, Marian obtained certifications in Information Security Officer ISO 27001 from APMG International in September 2019, and in Professional Scrum Master I (PSM 1) from Scrum.org in May 2015.
