Roman Schmidmeir

Roman Schmidmeir has extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as VP Engineering at BestSecret Group since October 2020, Roman previously held the title of Director of Engineering within the same organization. Prior to this role, Roman co-founded Highpace GmbH and worked as a Software Engineer from April 2011 to September 2020. Roman also contributed significantly as a Senior Software Engineer at 1&1 Mail & Media Applications SE, which includes brands like GMX, WEB.DE, and mail.com, from April 2007 to March 2011.
