Jon Tallon

Jon Tallon currently serves as the VP of Engineering Operations at CentralSquare Technologies, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Jon held multiple leadership roles at symplr from October 2018 to July 2025, including VP of Engineering - Operations and Director of Software Engineering. Between February 2013 and October 2018, Jon was with GE Healthcare as a Director of Software Engineering, leading a global program to modernize healthcare solutions using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Earlier in career, from June 2006 to January 2013, Jon worked at RedPrairie, progressing from Service Director to Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Development Services. Jon holds an MBA from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
