Stephan S.

Stephan S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stephan started their career as a Service Engineer at Schulz Buerozentrum GmbH in 1989 and later moved on to Brosius Koehler GmbH as a Service Engineer, where they set up the service department and worked as a technical presales consultant. Stephan then joined Brainworks Computer Technologie GmbH as a Trainer and Service Engineer. In 1995, they transitioned to Apple Computer, where they held various roles, including Manager Training, Manager Support and Customer Relations, Process Development Manager, Program and Product Manager for AppleCare Europe, and Project Manager for Global AppleCare Business Process Re-engineering. At Nokia Corporation, Stephan worked as a Senior Program Manager for Global Nokia Care Sales. Stephan then moved on to B2X Care Solutions as an IT Delivery Manager, where they managed technology delivery projects for global smartphone manufacturers and developed a company-wide project management methodology. Currently, Stephan is employed at BestSecret as the Head of 3rd Party System and has previously worked as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud and integrating new payment service providers and methods.

Stephan S. began their education in 1982 at a Technical College where they pursued a Technischer Zweig degree, which they successfully completed in 1984. Following this, they attended an Advanced Technical College in 1984 and focused on Mechanical Engineering. From 1985 to 1986, Stephan served in the military before attending a Vocational School from 1986 to 1989. At the Vocational School, they pursued an apprenticeship as a service engineer and obtained a degree in Büroinformationselektroniker.

In addition to their formal education, Stephan has acquired several certifications over the years. In January 2012, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. During the same year, they also earned the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from 6SIGMAstudy. In March 2016, Stephan obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In May 2017, they attained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org, followed by the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from the same institution in June 2017.
